Seller Terms of Service

By registering as a seller on priceskimp.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Shipping obligation

You must ship physical items by the next business day after you receive notification that payment has been received. Delays beyond this without prior agreement may result in penalties or suspension.

2. Payments and payouts

Buyers pay through the platform. Payments are held and then distributed to your store according to our payout schedule. Payouts are processed per order after the sale is complete.

3. Shipping information required to release payment

To receive payout for an order, you must provide valid shipping (tracking) information for that order. Supported carriers are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Until tracking is entered and the shipment is confirmed, payment for that order will not be released to your store. This protects buyers and ensures items are shipped as promised.

4. Listing and conduct

You are responsible for accurate listings, inventory, and customer communication. Listings may be fixed-price or auction; for auctions, if the reserve is not met, the auction may be restarted per platform rules.

5. General

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for breach of these terms. Our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
