Shipping

Physical orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Sellers aim to ship by the next business day after payment. Tracking is added by the seller; you can look up your order using your order ID and email on our order tracking page. Shipping times and costs depend on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered via download link after purchase. The link is sent to your email and is also available on the order confirmation page. Download links may expire after a stated period; please download and save your files promptly.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled per seller and product. Contact support with your order details to request a return or refund. Refunds for eligible items are processed in accordance with our payment provider's terms. Digital products may not be refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where required by law.
